Certified Professional Coach and Communication Skills Trainer with over 25 years experience. Moved from Amsterdam to Auckland in November 2021
I hold a Master of Science from the University of Utrecht in General Social Sciences. After 5 years in Head Hunting, I started working as a Communication Skills Trainer in 2001.
In 2005 I started my own company, Zeijlmans Coaching & Training Ltd and have been working in that capacity ever since .
I coach professionals in their business development, in different stages of their career. It can be very beneficial to look at your career and do some self-assessment. Are you going in the right direction? Are the things that used to work for you, still working? At a certain moment in your career, it’s not just about the knowledge you gained, but the decisions that you make are a combination of knowledge and personal experience. How do you combine the two? How do you relate to different roles in your life? How is the work/life balance?
I’m convinced that the more you know yourself, the higher your self-esteem will be. And the higher the self-esteem is, the more successful you can be.
In addition to my coaching I give workshops about Influence Skills; Negotiation Skills (based on the Harvard Method); Consultancy Skills and General Communication skills and Cross Cultural Communication.
